ShortyDooWop, a Rhode Island native is now residing in Florida. Transitioning from the Northeast to the land of the sun, gave Shorty a unique blend to how music came across her ears. Latin to Hip-Hop, Reggae to R&B, there isn’t a lane that ShortyDooWop won’t try to embrace when it comes to her sets.
She started her DJ career at party called Soulfly in Fort Myers, FL at Celsius Nightclub. From there she got her own residency at Remixx Lounge and then her name kept spreading all over SWFL and South Florida. She has been in many DJ competitions and has played in NJ, NY, RI, along with FL. She is a featured DJ on the throwback station Vibe 92.7 FM in Miami, FL. She has been a guest DJ on SWFL's station 105.5 The Beat. Her other passion is being a radio personality and podcasting.
